China: Enhancing students' knowledge of raw material through a Scented Garden

Cultivating the university students’ knowledge of local raw material used in fragrances and flavours through a pedagogical approach and the construction of a scented garden

A project at a university aimed to enhance students' understanding of local raw materials used in fragrances and flavors by creating a scented garden within the campus's forest farm. This garden serves as a living classroom allowing students to engage directly with aromatic plants.

Additionally, half of the garden is dedicated to growing edible plants donated to local welfare associations supporting community members.
