In the heart of Lagos, Nigeria, in collaboration with enthusiastic Givaudan volunteers and a dedicated partner organisation, we embarked on a mission to equip visually impaired individuals with the skills needed to create and market fragrance products such as soaps or room perfumes

As we celebrate a decade of commitment, we supported over 100 projects across 30 countries, making a positive difference in the lives of more than 300,000 individuals. This has been made possible through valuable collaborations with more than 100 partner organisations and the dedication of over 1,900 committed Givaudan volunteers. Read the full story now !

The women collecting the ylang-ylang flowers play a key role in producing its precious oil. But this activity is restricted to a few months per year and other employment options are limited. Vanilla is an iconic spice sourced in Madagascar where it is grown mostly by smallholder farmers, many of which live in the island’s Sava region. Here, the Givaudan Foundation has been supporting 32 villages of vanilla producers since 2014 with projects benefitting up to 17,000 villagers. In this article we highlight some initiatives that aim to increase food security and access to education in vanilla producing communities.
