Morocco: Supporting the refurbishment of a middle school

Revitalizing educational spaces for better learning environment

In the centre of Morroco one middle school pavilion has deteriorated over the years, presenting safety risks and causing overcrowded classrooms in the rest of the school buildings, thus hindering the provision of an optimal learning environment.

Teaming up with an association specialised in educational initiative, we're refurbishing the non-operational pavilion to ensure a secure and favourable learning space and provide a more balanced distribution of students per class. The project includes roof repairs, restroom upgrades and provision of essential classroom furniture.

Throughout the refurbishment, Givaudan volunteers will oversee the rehabilitation activities and together with the partner organisation, they will establish a school committee for ongoing school maintenance.
