France: Introducing fragrance & beauty to less-privileged students

Inspiring youth from underprivileged neighborhoods to pursue opportunities in the Fragrance and Beauty industry

In a society where socio-economic biases often limit opportunities for those from less-privileged backgrounds, we're launching an initiative to introduce the world of fragrance and beauty to students in underprivileged neighborhoods of Paris. Our goal is to provide mentoring, guidance, and tools to inspire these students to pursue careers in this industry, while challenging stereotypes.

Central to this project are our dedicated Givaudan volunteers, who serve as mentors for the participants. These volunteers share their expertise, facilitate playful fragrance & beauty workshops, and offer practical information on academic pathways and career preparation.
From exploring raw materials to learning about career opportunities and co-creating signature scents that reflect their neighborhoods' identities, participants gain insight and inspiration.
