Switzerland: supporting vulnerable individuals wellbeing

Enhancing wellbeing through nutrition, hygiene, and community engagement.

The Geneva Salvation Army is a lifeline for vulnerable individuals, offering vital support to low-income families, homeless populations, and migrants. Their services range from providing nutritious meals to distributing hygiene essentials and fostering a welcoming space for social connection and skill-building.

Our collaborative effort focuses on enhancing access to nutritious food options and promoting hygiene practices, particularly within a dedicated Day Care center of Geneva. With the invaluable assistance of Givaudan volunteers, we engage in meal preparation and serving, hygiene product procurement, and organizing educational and recreational activities. Hygiene and food item collections at Givaudan sites further support these efforts, strengthening bonds between volunteers and centre beneficiaries.
